Was recommended to this shop to get a flywheel resurfaced. Not only did they do a great job but the turnaround time was impressive. Got a call an hour after dropping it off saying it was done. Brought my brake rotors resurfaced in an hour too. Friendly, knowledgeable people who know their stuff. Hard to find a place like this.

I booked them to move out of my current residence. Lo and behold it started pouring. These two guys still did the job. They had to move lots of boxes and heavy furniture up there flights of stairs. By the end the poor guys were tired, but they persevered. They did a great job despite the circumstances and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move (just make sure it’s not storming!). These were based out of the Orland Park location. Mike and Ryan were real MVPs.

I called late in the day, they returned my call the very next day. Pleasant, almost painless to get rid of my old truck, because I will miss the old truck a little. Came out to my house when scheduled. Polite and gave me the price we agreed on. They were patient and let me look quickly through the truck one more time before they hauled it away.

I called yesterday to ask how much they would give me formy junk car, they said $300. I call them today to come get it Now they tell me $200. I said "you said 300". She tells me " thats because the price changes from month to month"Ok. Kinda shady if you ask me. No sale.Used to like going there. Not so sure now.

I wanted to throw out a HUGE thank you as well as recommendation to A Solutions Auto Parts. After months of trying to find some detail pieces for my 2004 G35 Coupe I found it nearly impossible to get a couple of trim pieces without having to purchase a complete seat or pillar assemblies. After months of trying to find the pictured parts A Solutions Auto Parts was willing to ship the parts to me in Michigan from Chicago. I worked with Pauly and he was really awesome. Parts were in great shape and fit perfectly. They have all sorts of G35 hard to find parts and get new inventory in all the time. My G35 Coupe MT6 only has 25000 original miles and was completely renovated at the beginning of the year due to mouse damage. These parts were ones that got damaged during the renovation so I am so very happy to have original parts back in. I have provided contact information in the pictures. All the best! JT

Great company. I chose them due to one of the better rated companies in the area and was definitely not a mistake. Communication and time line was fantastic and effortless. I paid for a week and completely forgot to call and have it picked up due to the holidays. Required to pay some extra for my negligence as expected, but owner even knocked some off the total for me which was great and kind. Definitely would recommend to anyone I know in the area.

A customer of mine needed a tow and every place I called were only taking private tows, accidents, or through insurance. After speaking with Eddie and explaining the situation, he asked that I email him the pick up location as well as the drop off. He also asked I include the car's make and model along with the plate. Not only was Eddie professional and kind, but he followed up with an emailed a copy of the receipt. The delivery of the car was fast and accurate, no issues. After using West Suburban Tow ONCE, I won't be calling any other tow company in the area!!

Best prices on foreign auto parts better than advance auto or Napa or AutoZone definitely cheaper than a dealer they always have what I need in stock again for foreign cars I don’t really think they deal with American cars too often that’s when you would go to one of those bigger chain parts stores Steph is pretty friendly it took a while for me to get to know them obviously they’re always working so they don’t look too nice they look grumpy but they’re actually a great group of guys I get some extra doughnut in your life will make them feel better LOL
