I can’t say enough about Industrial Towing and Recovery! The driver absolutely saved the day! Picture this: my commercial moving truck, with loaded furniture, looking like it could collapse any second. My heart was racing because I honestly thought there was no way it could be towed. One front wheel was completely messed up and wedged tightly between two cars. It seemed like an impossible mission. But then, in came the driver, full of confidence and determination! He carefully assessed the entire situation, masterfully maneuvering his tow truck into position. It was like watching a pro at work! He handled everything with such professionalism, treating this delicate situation with the utmost care. He made sure the tow was secure and drove carefully for a solid 20 miles! This driver is a true hero! A massive shout out to Industrial Towing and Recovery for proving and standing by their word! Within an hour of calling, Mr Garcia was at my door to pick up my car after calling a few other places! He was so kind and very efficient with getting my car loaded up and over to the shop, despite it being snowed in on a busy one-way city street. Also incredibly affordable for service provided.
