It's been freezing outside. We spent 2 hours trying to find the motor. Had 4 different staff members trying everything to help us. Was finally going to give up and order one off line. When one of the staff members went out to search for us. After about 20 min and 3 vehicles later. He found one for us that fit and worked for us. They even waited for us to make sure it worked before we purchased it. They are very dedicated to their customers and definitely dont give up. Thank you all for your help and the heat we now have in our suburban!
