If I could leave zero stars I would. The guy on the phone was rude and sexist. After cutting me off multiple times and asking to talk to a male I informed him that I was grabbing my tools and on my way. I got there and the guy working the window just stared at me and asked “what’s up”. I explained that I talked to someone on the phone and he said it wasn’t him. Then from the peanut gallery the guy in the back, that I couldn’t even see, started popping off saying that he didn’t tell me to come today. I was so confused. Finally I was informed that they don’t let anyone in after 4pm when they close at 5. Honestly, I completely under that rule. What I don’t under Is why I wasn’t told that when I called at 4:30 and told him that I was on the way. I don’t understand why people working in customer service are so rude. I’ll never go back. There’s plenty of other places to go. Maybe if I was a man they would have had a little more respect instead of laughing at me from behind a window.

Coultas is the best junkyard in the area by far. No other junkyard comes close in volume and prices are a fraction of many other junkyards if you're just willing to do the work of pulling the part yourself. Customer service is great as well. I recently asked them to lift a car on the far end of the junkyard so I could get to the bottom of it. I waited maybe 30 seconds before I saw the guy coming over to lift it.
