“Very rarely do I leave negative reviews. This may even be the first one. I own a dealership in WI and called to purchase a hard to find hood in specific color that they had. I was transferred to someone who was supposed to take my information in order to create a wholesale account so I could purchase the part. I got a voicemail and left a detailed message. Two days pass with no return call so I reach out again. This time I provide my email address and information directly to someone on the phone. Two more days pass with no email so I call a third time. This time, within 5 minutes, they finally send the email over to set up the account so I can order the hood. But I was informed the hood was sold to someone else one day ago, yesterday. My only other option now is ultimately paying twice as much for a different color hood and having it repainted the right color. I was practically begging them to sell me the hood for an entire week and due to the ball being dropped twice in a row it was sold to someone else. Only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is the woman on the phone the third/final time was very pleasant and helpful and actually sent the sign up email. I'm sure they sell lots of good/useful parts here, but so far my experience with them has been frustrating.”
