Customer reviews of Stafford's Auto Parts and Recycling in Montgomery, IL
3.8 stars based on 151 reviews- aandy2050
Fenix killed this place. Staffords was without a doubt one of the best in the state, maybe the midwest. Accurate, fast and reliable. Dave was the man. Fenix has ruined this place. Unreliable delivery times, holding all day to get a hold of anybody. its just easier to $50-100 more on ebay then deal here.

This place use to be Stafford Auto Parts. It was a great place with great service. I use to buy a lot from them. It is now Fenix and has been for awhile. They are absolutely pathetic. Wrong parts, poor delivery times, no returned calls, I think I've called them for the last time.

Don’t believe their expected delivery days, they also do not answer phones for quite a while, it’s almost like your business does not matter. Then someone will grab the order and say don’t know what happened, etc. always a mess
