My family and I always enjoy coming to this O'Reilly's Location. The staff are extremely friendly and are always helpful. They always go above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy. Just recently we were having a snow storm, and their employee Reese came outside to help refill my windshield wiper fluid, just so I didn't have to be out in the cold. Almost hit our vehicle to get these cans instead of asking us to move, which also explains why they ignored us for 20 mins before because they didn’t want to change it out. We were the only ones there and got no service and were ignored.

Got my paper work at 3:30 was loaded by 4:30..picked up one car...much better then last year! Had to wait 4hours to get one car loaded on my trailer .pretty big copart .i do appreciate the effort to get the drivers in and out..they also increased the amount of people they have working the counter inside. Hope other drivers will have the same experience as me..waiting sucks especially with the ELD MANDATE all coparts /iaai should follow the quick in/out process. Ever minute counts when running e-logs..👍👊
