I dealt with this shop for over a year to get my car right and it's still not running right after putting over $850.00 in it. It all started with a small anti-freeze leak from a small hose. From there it went down hill. Then the car would not stay running after I left the shop. Went back they said I needed new spark plugs, so paid get that done, worked for a day and then still was missing out. Went back he said it was the muffler, so they done something to it and now it's loud and still missing out. Took the car back and they said it was needing a tune up. Got that done, run for a day and then started missing out again and I also noticed fluid on the floor board. Now I don't have heat because something just so happened to the heater core. They said it needs replaced. I just gave up and had a different shop look at the car and they told me the spark plugs have never been changed and the oil was not changed and the car has never been tuned up. I asked for receipts several times and they would not provide them. I called the county clerks office to see what could be done. They told me they have had complaints about this business. Needless to say I will never go back to this shop! PERIOD.....

I dropped off my vehicle there, along with the part I wanted replaced on the passenger side, on a Saturday morning. The shop looked at vehicle, went and bought, and replaced the same part on the driver side of vehicle instead. They called me around closing time and told me it was ready. When I got there they told me I bought the wrong part. Replacing the driver side part did not fix my issue. I found a backyard mechanic who replaced the passenger side part I bought; and that corrected my problem. This shop also told me I needed $900 worth of front end work done, which I declined, then offered to buy my vehicle if I ever decided to sell it. This was the first time (and last time) I have ever been to this shop.I added my review today (01/25/2018), however, this situation occurred a year ago.
