In all the years I've been having service work done, I have never been more impressed with a company!I was having emissions issues with my Duramax, and stopped in to see what I needed to fix it. Rodger was the man that I dealt with, and was so friendly and knowledgeable, that I immediately felt better about my dilemma.I figured that I was going to have to leave the truck there for several days, as they told me that they were pretty backed up, but they moved things around and diagnose my truck and were not only able to figure out the issue, but were able to fix it in a matter of a couple hours! After everything was completed, what they quoted me was only $0.30 different than the final numbers! Five star for scrapers all the way! MS Jo at the front desk always works hard and has a great attitude with the customers! She makes everyone 😃 smile! And the guys in the yard Like Dave and in the metals room are always great and helpful!👍When you clean the scrap metal and bring it here they pay you a fair price and appreciate that you brought them clean metal. They don't have issues like the dealer on state street does with materials you cleaned. And they keep the yard and debris to a minimum. Always cleaning the pathways! Great place!

If I could give a zero I would! My car broke down in Kansas. It was towed here. We talked to them over they phone. They said they would send us half upfront and half after they received the title. This was beginning of June. We never received anything. We sent the title as soon as we got home. Still nothing. We called and asked for my plate. They said yes they would send it with the check. Weeks of calling and them dodging the calls from my husbands phone - we decide to call from my phone. They answered. My husband explained everything. They said they would send it. Here we are over 2 months later and I NEVER received payment for my vehicle.Do not junk your car to this place!!!!!

I bought a red SUV years ago from him, and that was an awesome vehicle. That was on payments and he was fair to me, despite my ex being difficult who likes to cause problems between people.About 3 or 4 years ago my now husband and I broke down right in front of his driveway with our hearse, while driving by. He had the car brought in and helped us out at no charge. We had no money, nothing at the time.Now we just bought a work truck from him to haul hay and start our hotshot runs with. Came in with 35 lbs of soda cans. Guy weighing said "minus 4" so I asked "for what". He said for the 6 dog food bags and one box they were in. I told him they didn't weigh even close to 4 lbs. So they took everything out and weighed the boxes and bags and they didn't even register on the scale, but still he said "minus 2"...I let it go. But when I get inside they only pay me for 31 lbs.All for $1. And the US average for aluminum right now is $0.59 per lbs and they only paid $0.26 per lbs.And they can't even pay for what I actually brought.I'm done getting robbed here.
