If you're quickly reading reviews to find a good, reputable tow company, then stop reading now and call Salina Wrecker! You will not be disappointed. We had to tow my sons car after he had a animal strike on the highway. He was north of Salina and it was almost midnight. I'm not from the area, so I Googled tow companies looking for a good one to call. Tried a "local" tow company that forwarded their calls to a service. Needless to say, the wait would be over 2 hrs. I looked a little more and then called Salina Wrecker. The call was answered locally by a polite and responsive woman. A driver was dispatched with a 30 min response time. Dakota arrived on time and quickly got to work getting the car on the flatbed. We were hooked up and headed to Salina in no time at all. Dakota was engaging and friendly. It was a great experience. We ended up needing to tow the car again two days later and I didn't hesitate to call Salina Wrecker again. We got the tow quickly scheduled and I asked for Dakota. He arrived a little early and got the tow completed with ease. The best part is I didn't need to be there. Communication was great. Dakota sent me an invoice via text after dropping off the car and I paid with Google Pay. The entire experience was easy, the towing fees were fair, and both the dispatcher and Dakota were extremely polite. I felt like they truly cared that the service was as easy and smooth as possible. Called them for a local tow since i broke down at flying js. They gave me a reasonable quote. They came and picked up the truck key from me, since I have 2 dogs with me, and towed my truck and trailer to freightliner. Didn't have to wait long for a tow. Highly recommended. I will continue to use them anytime I am in the area and needing a tow. Thank you for such great service and professionalism. Great company. Good ones are rare to come by.
