This guy tells me he has a passport that is compatible with my vehicle. I tell him i need to set up a ride because i live 80+ miles away and my vehicle is on stands under my porch. One day... ONE DAY. That's what it takes me to set up a rental and call other yards for a backup in case this was a bad part. 11am yesterday i called him. I called again at 4:30pm today... And i wasn't fast enough for him. One day to prepare. One morning caring for my 6m old. And call him back that second afternoon. He gets angry at me for calling a day and a half later. He says now it's gone. Are you serious you rude sad excuse for a man? I wasn't fast enough for you in my immobile state almost 100miles away so you would rather let the parts rot in your yard and lie about having sold it already? This place Should go out of business. He deserves that much with customer service this lacking. Get your priorities straight mr. Dien.
