I didn't use his service but I had to do a business transaction with him. Something that he did not have to do on a Sunday but did it for a person that was in need. I have lived many different places throughout the United States and I must say this is the worst service I have ever had. If it was possible to rate them negative stars I would. For starters they can't even pick up trash on scheduled days correctly, basic stuff and if you call about their mess up they will try to belittle you and say it's not our fault all this happened as to why we messed up. Then bulk pick up, the pain of my existence, I'm just doing it myself now due to this company's inability to do it.Service: Junk removal

They rip off soldiers charged 550$ dollars for a simple tow my car got stuck in some mud(very little mud just the front 2) and literally had the tow truck push me over. It was not a hard job they had no excuses to charge that much. The old man that came out didn't even offer to adjust the price to an appropriate 50$ dollars worth for the service. If your not from the area it seems they don't have your best interests.
