Lewis Towing really saved me today.It was a torrential downpour in Louisiana & my Porsche got a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon with everyone closed around me. They came to get me within an hour and was so helpful and sweet and calming.My car needed to be towed about 170 miles to Baton Rouge. I had no way to get there with my friend and my service dog. He managed to find a very sweet couple to drive me and my friend and dog to a hotel in Baton Rouge.These people were not only professional in every way possible but compassionate and warm and really sweet people. They flatbedded my car all the way to Baton Rouge in a driving torrential rainstorm & then called me to tell me all was good to put me at ease.You could never ask for a better company & better service. I was coming home from Texas on 12/3/21 close to dark with my fifth wheel camper, on I-49 south of Natchitoches my Duramax had an idler pulley go out and burned my fan belt off, I was hours from home and no one to come to me, I called Oreillys, Autozone and a couple wrecker services and no one would bring me the parts I needed, I begged and said I would pay extra to bring to me I could fix it myself I just needed the parts. I was 7ft off the interstate and 18 wheelers were blowing by 80mph and they would not move over a lane I was in a bind. I called NAPA they were my last hope, JJ answered the phone, had the part I ask to deliver to me and he brought it to me in his personal vehicle when he got off work. This was a life saver and this reflects on the good quality of this NAPA store and the management it has, NAPA in Natchitoches really set themselves apart from the competition I hope management there reads this they should be proud of their store and employees.

I used to use the Auto Zone 2 buildings down but O'Reilly really knows their stuff! Today the gentleman helped me with my key fob battery, they've "referred" me to other places in town for larger issues that I've had, always super friendly, knowledgeable, and an immaculate store!

My family and I hit debris on the highway that cut open our oil pan while on the way to Texas from Savannah, Georgia. All the shops in the area refused to even look at our car except for Smiths Garage. He was able to quickly assess the damages and ordered the part to fix it right away. Do not recommend, shop managers and mechanics too busy looking at their cell phones. Was their most of day, vehicle in the shop but never worked on. No one spoke to me but one young man who was a car salesman. Buy a GMC, that's what I did.
