So I did the online rental, I filled it out a week or two in advance for the week after Christmas, at the end it says someone will contact you soon. No one ever contacted me. So I called the number and no one answered so I left a message. No one has bothered to contact me in reference to my online order or my phone call. Now I am searching for another solution or company seeing as stuff has to go and this company obviously doesn't want our business.

Super nice people. They help with a smile. Well stocked. Most of their parts far exceed the quality of the other parts outlets. I visit occasionally; however, each time customer service is great. I think some of us forget about NAPA at times. All I will add is that This location is without a doubt worth the extra few minutes drive.

I called got a price from them explained where we were they looked it up said they serviced the area twice a week was told I needed to get my own trash can with a bar on the back so the trucks could lift it I told them I was fine with that and that I would get it and call back to set up services as soon as I got the trash can and how we were looking forward to switching to them all to find out not two weeks later that they are dropping all of their customers here and not accepting new customers. It seems they should have known that and been able to give that information when we last spoke before I was assured that they would be able to get services started within a few days of me calling in and getting the tradh can.

Sure, George (the guy at the front desk) is very knowledgeable. He's also extremely rude. Now, after spending several thousand dollars with them over the last couple of months, he's refused to warranty the rear-end that they rebuilt and didn't last 10 days. When we pulled it back out of the truck, every bolt in it had backed out and it destroyed itself because of poor workmanship. That is obvious to see. George's words were "I don't care. sue me!" I then spoke with the owner and was cursed at and told to come get my rear-end. I will sue you sir and you will never get one dime of my money ever again.

The lady in the office who answered the phone needs to be fired. The ugliest attitude I have encountered when someone is trying to give you business. On the other hand when the tow truck drive got to my address he was the absolute best. But the office lady must be fired unacceptable.

A 2 day trip turned into 15 what could go wrong went to heck what never expected came to fruition thank god I found this place they were able to help me get back on the road but not right away because of bad weather coming in I was even given refuge on property I can never thank them enough can't wait to go back to La to say hi thank you again xx
