    WOW! I can't say enough about this wonderful team of people! My truck broke down on the interstate while hauling an RV for the first time with both my dogs (also their first time). We were all a little scared (not far enough on the shoulder, traffic, etc). First tow company called and siad they couldn't come. I called a Firestone to see if they were open and who to call to tow my vehicles. They recommended Plunk's. A police officer stopped to check on me about that time. He called them. It wasn't but a few minutes and they were there. They were cool with my dogs, even thought they were nuts. We left them in the truck to tow and they allowed me to ride in the truck. They brought a flat bed and another truck. They loaded my truck and then hooked my RV to the bumper and hauled them both on one vehicle. When I got there, they were all so thoughtful and kind. They gave my dogs (and me water). Looked at the truck in hopes it was an easy fix to get back on the road quickly. Turned out to be a bit more involved. I was a little overcome being alone and so far from home. They assured me I would be safe and they would take care of me. and they did! They towed the RV to a RV park in West Monroe that was safe. Offered to get me groceries or anything I needed. The next day they brought my truck back and helped me hook everything up and then made sure I was good to go once on the interstate. They even brought a few snacks for the road. They were truly a gift from God! Never have I experienced such service, hospitality and generosity. I don't live anywhere near Monroe, but I would highly recommend Plunk's to anyone in need of a tow, service or parts. Just call Plunk's!Services: Car towing, Engine repair, Special vehicle towing

    Needed two wheel rims for my old mercury. Went out into the yard with the guy and got 'em. Ok price. When they couldn't get the old tires off (their machine was down). they let me have the tires for free. Had to be patient. Allow at least 90 min when you go there.

    Horrible. Racketeer between ouachita parish sheriff's office and Allstate towing. Between the two they will scam you out of hundreds, thousands of dollars. if you ever get arrested, don't let your vehicle get towed to this place.
