“Giving one star is even too much. They deserve zero. I spoke to somebody named Jim and he said he had the part I needed and then sent me the wrong part. He told me to send a picture to another number and they will check it out. They replied and said they made a mistake and sent me the wrong part and they'll send the right one out. When it came in, once again it was not the right part I needed. I called back after 2 unswered messages. When I ordered the part I gave them the part number the dealership gave me. This guy Jim argued with me about my mechanic not putting it in. I paid $185 for this piece of junk that doesn't fit my daughter's car. I'm going to call the better Business bureau. This guy had a big attitude. All buyers be ware look someplace else because this place cannot be trusted.”
