I needed a trunk latch and they wanted more money for the latch itself than the whole trunk itself, so I drove an hour there to just buy the whole trunk that I didn’t want but conceded to the situation. Big hoss demanded I “pay him first” and wouldn’t let me look at the trunk to verify condition or if it was the correct trunk first. I pay him cause have no choice as he was quite serious about their policies. I go and wait outside as instructed. A half hour later they come out with wrong trunk, I say “this is the wrong trunk and won’t work”, then he tries to show me some VIN number on a piece of paper to confirm his position that it is the right part and as far as he’s concerned “it’s mine now” “ no refunds” As It’s clearly not the correct trunk for the year of the car we discussed far too long in first place, I was forced to call the cops to get a refund. If you’re looking for a journey into the twilight zone, you found the place!

Worse place in the world to buy used auto parts and the people who work there and own the business are terrible also. Go anywhere for used parts other than Harbor!!!! You have been warned. I am not alone. These reviews are terrible.

Giving one star is even too much. They deserve zero. I spoke to somebody named Jim and he said he had the part I needed and then sent me the wrong part. He told me to send a picture to another number and they will check it out. They replied and said they made a mistake and sent me the wrong part and they'll send the right one out. When it came in, once again it was not the right part I needed. I called back after 2 unswered messages. When I ordered the part I gave them the part number the dealership gave me. This guy Jim argued with me about my mechanic not putting it in. I paid $185 for this piece of junk that doesn't fit my daughter's car. I'm going to call the better Business bureau. This guy had a big attitude. All buyers be ware look someplace else because this place cannot be trusted.
