If you have not been here before. This is a touch free metal waste. Meaning you load it a super magnet unloads you. Less likely to damage you vehicle driving around a scrap yard. Good layout, be there early for fastest in and out experience. Staff is ready to help if you have a question. All and all 5 stars customer service and easy excess for potential customers.

This is a GREAT company that could serve as a model for others. When GLR Advanced Recycling says they'll be there between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m., expect a call at 8:25 a.m. letting you know they are on their way!I called and got an immediate appointment. The driver, Scott, was extremely prompt, quick and polite and I received my money on the spot.

I tried selling my car to them, and I got put on a list. I never got a call and For three days I called about when they could pick up my car and for three days they told me “tomorrow”. Every time I asked about my place in “line” each person gave me a different answer. My car is in a lot and the owner has been nice so far about allowing me to keep it there, but it can’t stay there any longer.The customer service woman was incredibly rude to me and blamed me for them not being able to pick up my car. Saying it was due to me living in Kalamazoo and my school schedule. Even though they knew both of these things when they agreed to take me as a customer. Incredibly rude to lie to someone, and then blame them when you get frustrated.If you don’t live in Battlecreek don’t do service with them. They obviously lie to you about your line placement and are not honest about how long they will make you wait…if they ever get to you at all….
