So I called back again and again over a couple days. After about three days of calling the guy told me the manager was finally in but refused to let me speak to her. He told me he talked to the managers and she said they weren’t going to give me a refund. So I returned the item for store credit so I wouldn’t just loose my money. The guy gave me credit for the amount I paid before taxes and not my total. They are a scam and a ripoff. I have never made a return or exchange and only received credit for the amount before taxes not the total amount. After I use my credit I will not be doing business with them again.

I was selling my vehicle through theclunkerjunker.com and I was given this company to have my vehicle picked up between 4pm and 5pm. I waited until 4:40 and asked for an eta, he said someone would be there shortly. Another hour passes. I try calling back and get no answer or phone call from a driver. Won't be going through them again
