I go here because of the staff. Always very nice , easy to work with and they don't make you feel like your bothering them , like some other stores do. They give you the attention and time you need.

I was selling my vehicle through theclunkerjunker.com and I was given this company to have my vehicle picked up between 4pm and 5pm. I waited until 4:40 and asked for an eta, he said someone would be there shortly. Another hour passes. I try calling back and get no answer or phone call from a driver. Won't be going through them again

Absolutely wonderful business. It is not very often that there is undeniable proof that the business ACTUALLY emphasizes value of its customers. Definitely beyond expectations for quality of service, pricing and product. To make a long story short-my vehicle had the wrong stock wheels one of which was cracked. They spent 20 minutes online to figure it out. Then printed me out the locations of the only four wheels in Michigan. They made no money from me and spent valuable time Friday of Labor Day weekend; and sent me to the competition to get my wheel. Awesome shop. Why my neighbor never told me about u guys 16 years ago? And lastly the place was spotless all the workers were clean cut and didn’t look like they crawled out of a whiskey bottle from the previous night. Thanks guys. I be back!

Went and got another jack for my car,it's a better one than I had before,the clerk didn't know it was for me,after finding out he adjusted my cost to what I paid for the bend one.The older man has always done right by me, and he's very honest plus nice too.

I have been going here for years. The sales clerk Randy locates your used part you're looking for in the computer. He then gives you a price. At this point you can walk the yard to take a look at your part. Either remove it yourself but remember to bring your own tools. Or they can have it removed for you for an additional cost. Mike and Brandon in the yard are friendly and helpful.

This place is a joke, went to order a door you have to pay for it first fair enough right? Wrong! The man on the phone told me I'd have to drive there to pay for it I asked if I could pay over the phone and no can do. to drive to my shop to drive back the next day taking 200 miles and essentially wasting a day. They do not know how to run a business and I only hope this place is shut down soon so someone else can buy it and make a legitimate business.
