I called about a company forklift being stuck. I was told they were about 45 minutes out and they got here in 35. The driver was very kind and patient with me, as I was on the phone with a customer when he arrived. Took him about 5-10 minutes in total from arrival to get the lift unstuck. We will be using Mr. Wrecker in the future exclusively for any further issues and I had such a good experience I will be using them if I have any personal accidents as well. Definitely recommend.

Know what you're getting into before you use this company. I called them to clean out my septic tank. On the plus side, they were able to do it same day! They asked for credit card info on the phone before they came out, which I foolishly agreed to. The estimate they gave me seemed reasonable. When they came out, they asked where the tank was and I showed them. The guy asked if it was already accessible and I said no, but it only had a little dirt on top of it. He spent literally about 30 seconds clearing the dirt and then had access to the tank. He finished the job and left. To my surprise, my bill was around $100 more than I had been quoted, and it turns out that's the "clear the top off" fee this company charges. It's a great living to make $100 in 30 seconds, I think. I called and spoke to the receptionist and on the phone she also agreed with me that this seemed unreasonable, and that the owner would call me back. I never heard a word back. So, never give payment until the job is completed, and make sure you understand fee structures. I know some of this is on me, but the way it was handled is enough to ensure I will not use them again.
