    I own a 2016 GMC Sierra. I had some ball joints purchased from here by my mechanic installed less than a year ago. The lowers failed and damaged the knuckles on my pickup which also threw the wheels out of alignment. The company will replace the ball joints but will not cover the labor to install them or the knuckles that were damaged by their faulty part and the wheel alignment. This is unacceptable. I warn anyone who sees this not to do your business here. I’ve included a photo of the left and right side lower ball joints. 08/05/21

    Last night we were picked up on the side of 75 after my moms car broke down and our auto insurance had us waiting for hours to get towing. Zachary was very professional and very friendly. He towed us to the dealership where the insurance wanted us to tow the car to. And today Mike picked us and the car up from the dealership and towed us all the way back to waterford.     Like the last review I would prefer to give them 0 stars. Honestly, this is a review of the service on my brother's car. They have had it for a month and a half and still have not completed the work. Every time he calls it's "oh I promise it will be done in the next couple days!" It's been almost two months!! There is no work in the world that takes that long to do. If you never want your car back this is the shop for you.
