These guys are absolute beasts!<br>I had excellent, well-coordinated communication with Mr. Steve from start to finish. We were stuck near the Zilwaukee Bridge during an ice storm—our car slipped, and my uncle was starting to freeze. Steve immediately sent Mr. Ed and Mike, and at a more than fair price.<br><br>Other towing companies refused the job because they were afraid of the weather and road conditions, but these guys showed up and did their job without hesitation.<br><br>11/10 communication. 11/10 service.<br>I truly hope I never need a tow again , but if I ever do, this is the only company I’ll call. My car broke down in the middle of the road and the tow driver was on his way to work and stopped to help me or stay with me until help arrived. He was very nice and I really appreciated him stopping. I ended up having him tow my car to a shop. I just wanted to let him know how appreciative I was and am still. Thank you

Drew went above and beyond for us today. Great customer service! My fiance went along with Drew to Novi to take our car to the Genesis dealership. It was already a frustrating day because our 2025 GV80 with 7000 miles wouldnt start. Long story short, the dealership wouldn't give us a car as communicated on phone. I was on my way driving 1 1/2 hours when Drew went out of his way calling me stating he would give Curtis a ride back to Saginaw. I appreciated that after working a 10 hour that I didn't have to drive down. I wanted to give Drew a gift card but he just wants us to use Kreager in the future and we will from here on out!! Thank you Drew!
