I called him to help me finish a rear drum brake job that i had started on a 2001 buick century, and it had never had its brakes done. The car tore me up and i gave him a call and within three hours he had not only shown up and fixed my car but he was great the entire time around. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. I had concerns with some mechanical aspects on the vehicle and not only did they have it inspected by their mechanic, but had no issues with me taking it to the dealership for another inspection. There were no issues with the vehicle following both inspections and we moved forward with the purchase. We traded in our vehicle, and they gave us a very reasonable trade-in. The Old Guy Is RUDE AS HELL.... When I Left There... I Noticed My Car Wasn’t Sounding Rite.... When I Stopped & Looked At My Tired.... There Was A Big Bolt or Somethin That Was Stuck In My Tire... & When I Called & Told Them Bout It.... 10 Mins After I Left There.... The Guy Tells Me That He Takes His “METAL DETECTOR” & Get Up ALL THE METAL UP... I Told Him That He Had MISSED A SPOT & My Tire Is Goin FLAT ON ME.... Well They ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE 4 ANYTHING THAT HAS HAPPEN.... I SAID.... MY GOSH I JUST LEFT THERE 10 Mins Ago.... It’s NOT LIKE IM CALLING AN HOUR LATER & Saying This... I went to Delmas auto salvage to buy a piece of plastic that covers the computer under the hood of my car. The owner went and pulled one off of a newer car and came back but it didn't match so I said to him I didn't want it if it doesn't fit but he kept trying to tell me ways to make it work but I said no. So then he gets extremely pissed about it and said in a loud tone "so you mean to tell me I wasted my time going and pulling this part for you and Your not going to pay me for it? I got more important things to do than to waste my time pulling plastic parts off cars for nothing." So I said I'm never coming back here again. I'm not paying 25 dollars for a part that doesn't fit on my car.
