These guys are great! They offered the highest payout plus same day service. Nate was super friendly and personable. I had a few snags in the process but he worked with me and had the car out of here within an hour of calling. I was super pleased with this company, I wouldn't go anywhere else. A+ 💯
I highly recommend Ace Auto Salvage if you are in need of salvage services. I texted them my question and had a deal within the hour and a confirmed pick up time. They matched the price of others that I had called but had made the process too complicated. The driver called before they headed my way, once there it took less than 5 mins to complete and I was on my way. Even got a quick response to my follow up question a few hours later. Quick and hassle free!

The staff was friendly and quick to get us in and out of the yard. The vehicle locator map really helped but feel the rows could have been marked a little better. Once we finally found the vehicle, with help from the office, we were able to get most of the parts we needed.

Called in an order, verified the time they close, and got there an hour before and they had already closed up. An hour and a half of driving for nothing. Thanks.

I have known Little Wills for thirty years. He still remembers having met me when I was just starting out driving, and trying to keep my cars running on a very bare bones budget. He was always able to help out. His age has kept him out of the shop on most days. My wife, my children and I have made a few recent trips to see him and get some parts. He had the parts and his price was right. We had a good time together as we searched through his wooded junk yard. The overgrown grassy vegetation is nice and lends a wilderness feel to the property. He remains to me one of the nicest people I have ever met. Little Will is never going to go online and read anything, but I would love a chance to tell him that though I am just another satisfied costumer, I deeply valued his friendship over the years. The best and most beautiful junk yard in Kansas City. Love you Little Will.
Always a good experience, been going there for 20+ years

The woman at the front desk, was just awful to say the least. I came to purchase some doors, and she did not want to honor a price that me and her coworker talked about separately through text, considering he texted me pictures of these said doors. So that was a hassle in itself. Then when I came to the place to get the doors, she just treated me like a inconvenience, only cared about me swiping my card, not giving me proper service that all customers deserve. In the end I was stiill respectful to her, but she needs to learn how to deal with the public instead of being snotty and uncouth. The man pulling the parts was a smarta** as well. I wish I could rate this place 0 stars.

I was so thankful my body shop found them. I was able to run up to their KC location and pick up the part I needed to save on shipping costs. They were way behind-the part was supposed to be ready the Friday before, but even though I came the next Monday afternoon, it was still several hours before they could pull my part, which kept me from getting it back to my body shop before it closed for the day. So just plan ahead and assume they may be delayed in getting you your part. They are super nice and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone needing to save money by getting a salvaged part.

Jason was very helpful and responsive in dealing with my uncle's car. He made the paperwork easy even though we did not have a title and was pleasant throughout. Would recommend him!

Bought a faulty radiator from these guys. I shouldn't have taken it because it looked like someone had drug it behind their car, but I figured I could return it if it leaked. I tested it for leaks and it seemed fine, until I installed it. The connections for the ATF went in exactly the same way that the old ones came out, but after idling for a few minutes there was a LOT of ATF in my coolant and when I disconnected the lines to take it back out, the ATF component slipped back into the radiator and was bouncing around. They wouldn't even refund me the core charge for the radiator because I took off the ATF connectors that came on it (that were cut and pinched off). Buyer beware, awful customer service. If you buy it, you keep it.
Love it, although I'm a tinker-er, as well have a grasp knowledge of fixing things, and not mention that this organization fulfills the need of recycle before waste. Overall 👏 I'm satisfied
