I recently retained St. Charles Junk to remove a lot of water damaged property from my basement. Very happy with the experience. Excellent communications before, and the day of, service. The crew arrived early (called first) and wasted no time getting to work. They worked fast and very efficiently. Extremely polite and were careful in their work to not damage adjoining areas. I am beyond impressed with this place. I called about 2 wheels I needed. I didn’t pay for them on the phone, but we agreed on a price and I said I’d be in town in 2 days so I’d pick them up then. When I got there 2 days later, I learned that someone called to buy the same wheels about an hour after I called. Good to their word, the guys at Goodfellow Motors didn’t sell the wheels and continued to hold them for me. I love it when people still have this level of integrity. The world could use more businesses like Goodfellow Motors.

Called around pricing brakes. These guys are about 1/3 of the price! Not familiar with the area I asked for directions,(dont know why I didnt think of just using google maps🤔) the gentleman apologized for being a little busy but still helped me figure out where they are. I will definitely be going through these guys for all my car needs. Cheaper, friendlier, and a local family business!!!!!!

Very Shady Company Buyer Beware We Purchased A Truck For Full Price We Didn't Even Try To Negotiate And They Promised To Fix Everything Before We Picked It Up ( TRUCK WAS SOLD READY TO WORK )... We Flew Out Went Over The Truck Listed Everything That We Expected To Be Fixed They Agreed To Fix It... We Waited 2 More Weeks And Flew Back Out To Pick It Up And They Said "WE ARE NOT A TRUCK SHOP" So if you take it home and FIX IT send us the invoices for parts and the labor and we will pay you for the repairs...So in "GOOD FAITH" We did and when we sent the bill they said sorry we WONT PAY because you took to long.... Mind you half the parts weren't available to fix it and they hid a ton of junk wiring and unsafe workmanship.... BUYER BEWARE....
I called on a Thursday and then again on Friday, asking if they had a side headlamp for a particular car. Thursday they said they'd check and call me back. When I didn't hear anything by Friday I called again. A different guy said he'd tell the other guy to call me back (pretty sure he could have just checked it out). Neither one ever called me back. On the following Monday I called a different salvage place, got an immediate answer that they did have the part and picked it up within 2 hours.
I’d like to start by saying I have NEVER left a review on a company/business, EVER. I had this service for 3 months exactly and had my trash picked up ONE time, they had the wrong email so I didn’t receive a bill and was not willing to work with me on this issue, very unprofessional at the desk and zero interest in negotiation with me after their incompetence led to my back room being stacked to the ceiling with trash bags. I do not recommend this company to anyone! All of my friends and family that use them are currently in the process of canceling them due to similar issues.
