Michael came out to tow my mom’s car today through a triple A call and was super efficient with it. He arrived within 15 minutes and sent us on our way not long after. He was friendly and funny which made the situation much easier on us. Good looking too. I’d slash my own tires if I knew he was gonna be my tow truck driver every time.

His tow truck was super clean and well-kept you can tell he takes pride in his equipment. Michael was also very friendly and communicated clearly throughout the whole process. I just had the best experience with A-One Towing! I came out of Walgreens, turn my key & nothing. Not a click, not a sputter, nada. Called AAA. First dude came in a van, tried a jump & said he was sure my starter was dead. Called a tow & my hero, Shawn with A-One Towing, arrived. He hopped out of his flatbed, checked the battery again, futzed with the terminals, and Elwood (my Jeep) started right up! (So definitely not the starter)<br><br>So now, instead of going through the expense & work of replacing the starter, I just need to check & tighten my terminals and probably do a warranty swap on the battery. My last tow, 8 years ago, was also A-One Towing and also a great experience. 10/10 recommend.
