I have witnesses where I weight the scarp aluminum on numerous occasions and every time they cheat me. Today his answer was when confronted, " I go by what my scale says". Another time his excuse was "We go by increments of 20 lbs" Today I had a little bit over 600 lbs. After unloading the truck, when I said to him we got here 600 lb and before he even checked the scale, he said: " I doubt it." And sure enough according to him he paid only for 540 lb. He should be reported to the authorities.
