Address:559 E Brighton Ave, Syracuse, NY (Zipcode: 13210)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedCustomers beware! Had a flat tire, just needed air. Called the closest garage to me, about 15 minutes away. Was told a half hour wait; guy showed up an hour later (he was nice). He didn't have enough air in his compressor tank to fully fill my tire. When I called about being charged for this or at least a discount,... Nope. He was told to return & refill his tank and I would wait another 45 minutes to an hour to have my tire filled. Obviously all about money for this company and nothing to do with customer experience. Do NOT use this business! Not to mention almost $100 just for air in my tire! 😮👎🏼

Address:6225 Thompson Rd, Syracuse, NY (Zipcode: 13206)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedFor all your scrapping needs! Started there scrapping 20 years ago! Hospitality still A1! Great job Andy! But the new guys that never seen minorities before needs to go! Keep the company more diverse
A very honest used car company- for once! I was looking for a long time for a decent used car. Couldn't find one on fb sale sites, craigslist, and all other dealers around here were rude! We came here by fluke and the guy is straight forward. Let's you test drive the car. We even put a computer to it to test it. The Jeep I got was perfect and a steal! Great deal $1,500 for it! Not a lot of miles, no rust. I love my Jeep. My fiances mother and father also got their Dodge Durango from there and they love it as well.

Address:1810 Lemoyne Ave, Syracuse, NY (Zipcode: 13208)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedAlways been happy with their service; however I'm here at 4:32 pm to return a core part and their website & voicemail both say they are open until 5 pm! I'm 35 minutes away and am a bit frustrated.
My son blew the engine in his old and tired 2007 Sonata. The recycling center in Solvay would give me about $170 based on the car's weight if I payed to have someone tow it in, while also having the gas tanked drained and then punctured with a large hole. They gave me the referral to Coastal and I spoke with Mike yesterday around 11am. His guys ended up being too busy to grab the car the same day. This morning, at the agreed upon time of 10:30am on a Saturday of a holiday weekend, his guy was promptly on time at my mechanics place of business . He backed the flatbed up and before he winched the car up we exchanged the signed title and keys for $230 in cash. The gentleman also helped me yank off the old plates after I had forgotten to bring the proper type of screw driver. I never ended up meeting Mike, but the transaction went as well as I could have hoped for. The last car I scrapped was 30 years ago. Mike was pleasant to deal with on the phone, and my interaction lasted only about 10 minutes with his employee and was easy and pleasant. Coastal Recycling made this procedure easy for me. Thank you Mike and crew! Edit: I added a photo of the old Gold Sonata heading down South Bay Rd on the flatbed.
