Woman at the front desk was very unpleasant, snippy. Had 10 signs scattered everywhere “must wear a mask no exceptions” but upon walking in all the employees didn’t have masks. The part was great and worked fine. The price was fair. Other than the lady up front great place!

Great service very family oriented and fair prices. Not the cheapest but far from the most expensive. Bub does what he can to work with you in hard times and Rachel (his daughter) is a pure delight and always smiling. The mother known as momma sue is straight forward and as real as they come. Love the service and treatment received from this FAMILY BUSINESS!!!

My son blew the engine in his old and tired 2007 Sonata. The recycling center in Solvay would give me about $170 based on the car's weight if I payed to have someone tow it in, while also having the gas tanked drained and then punctured with a large hole. They gave me the referral to Coastal and I spoke with Mike yesterday around 11am. His guys ended up being too busy to grab the car the same day. This morning, at the agreed upon time of 10:30am on a Saturday of a holiday weekend, his guy was promptly on time at my mechanics place of business . He backed the flatbed up and before he winched the car up we exchanged the signed title and keys for $230 in cash. The gentleman also helped me yank off the old plates after I had forgotten to bring the proper type of screw driver. I never ended up meeting Mike, but the transaction went as well as I could have hoped for. The last car I scrapped was 30 years ago. Mike was pleasant to deal with on the phone, and my interaction lasted only about 10 minutes with his employee and was easy and pleasant. Coastal Recycling made this procedure easy for me. Thank you Mike and crew! Edit: I added a photo of the old Gold Sonata heading down South Bay Rd on the flatbed.

Idiots tried to buy a part for my Honda went there was told the part I know I needed was incorrect when I know I wasn’t then when I explained why it would work was told I could t use my card because I would dispute the charge !! Hilarious
I called to get a quote on my old vehicle and they came out and picked up my car in just a few short hours. Was a fast and smooth process, highly recommend.
I called to ask about a part that my father had purchased on line from Moss. Marshall was rude stopped me, and said call moss. In short (like Marshall was) don't call and ask if there is anything they can help you with... All i wanted was to purchase the right connector for the unit...not from Marshall
