They always have what I need. Good parts and good service. They even come out to car to help and a lot of the chain parts stores dont. They could at least show you where the small parts would go if they dont want to be responsible. The people at Miele do. Prices arent bad either considering. We’ve bought our 6th vehicle from Saw Mill yesterday…. Need I say more ? I hate going to car dealers, you get the pressure sales pitch, the carnival atmosphere and you always feel like your getting screwed somewhere. I’ve sent many friends there as well and about 16 vehicles in total have been purchased from them, no problems at all from me and my friends. Their vehicles are next to new and well below sticker. Everyone there is amazing from Mike, Clyde and Robbie in sales … to Dolores and Carolyn who get your sale finalized and registered! We are a business just as they are. Their front end ladies are very rude and nasty. We were charged twice over The Weeknd, under $25, We called first thing Monday morning to explain to them we were double charged. The lady we spoke to said she will call us back in the afternoon. We haven't heard anything, we called in the afternoon to check the status, they apologize for not getting back and asked that we email Nicole Dunwoody a copy of the CC statement which we did. We called today, Wednesday for status and was told the boss will be in Thursday to review, we expressed that we wish we would have been told this on Monday so we didn't have to call and would wait for their call, she "Nicole" or "Roma" either one because they keep switching their names as to who they are screamed at us and hung up the phone, we called back and the lady on the phone said her name was Roma, we asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and she said he was out driving. Very unprofessional.The $25 is not the case here, its principal and customer service should never treat customers in such manner. We deal with irate customers all the time, but never will we yell or hang up on them.

These guys are really great. Fantastic customer service. Blass who runs the shop is very knowledgeable and friendly. When I purchased a new batter for my Jeep, he gave me some good advice on my car and installed the battery himself. Herb, the prior owner is sometimes on hand in the shop and always helpful as well. As for parts in this shop, I find them to be slightly cheaper than other shops.

You know what really ticks me off? Sitting on hold to check if something is in stock? You know what ticks me off more? Coming out to the store because they said they had it and they don't. Man. That's why I called ahead so I don't waste my time in a hurry but these guys doubled down.

The Old LADY at the front desk is very RUDE!!! She gets mad at everyone asking a question! She made me wait about 20 min just to give me a copy of my weight. Not sure how management can handle her. Very bad experience.
