We called today, Wednesday for status and was told the boss will be in Thursday to review, we expressed that we wish we would have been told this on Monday so we didn't have to call and would wait for their call, she "Nicole" or "Roma" either one because they keep switching their names as to who they are screamed at us and hung up the phone, we called back and the lady on the phone said her name was Roma, we asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and she said he was out driving. Very unprofessional.The $25 is not the case here, its principal and customer service should never treat customers in such manner. We deal with irate customers all the time, but never will we yell or hang up on them.
You know what really ticks me off? Sitting on hold to check if something is in stock? You know what ticks me off more? Coming out to the store because they said they had it and they don't. Man. That's why I called ahead so I don't waste my time in a hurry but these guys doubled down.
