  • LKQ City Auto Parts of Durham
    Address:
1301 S Miami Blvd, Durham, NC (Zipcode: 27703)

Most customers only leave reviews for bad service and never acknowledge when service is not only above average, but also consistent. As someone who frequents this establishment almost daily, i can tell you that Diana and Adriana ALWAYS make the visit pleasant and hassle free. And not just them, but the entire current staff. Management has certainly changed the hiring process and employee training over the last 2 years. Keep up the good work!

  • Wagner's Auto Salvage Inc

Bonnie is super nice, and I appreciate it much, as well as José. I called to get an alternator for a SAAB the day before today and was told that they had one .... Oh, My Lucky Stars! HOWEVER, when I drove a distance to pick up the alternator, there was no main terminal - couldn’t connect to power source (entirely missing). Thus, it was unusable. They gave me the alternator. That's generous, except that it doesn't work. Everyone makes mistakes, I understand. I was disappointed. HOWEVER, TRINITY realigned My Lucky Stars and on St. Patrick's Day no less. Located and brought in an alternator from Maryland for me to pick up a day early than expected. THANK YOU!!! 🍀⭐️🌈⭐️🍀

Very rude on the phone. Hung up on me immediately when I wanted recommendations. They didn’t have the part I needed, which is fine. But very short and rude.

Oh, My Lucky Stars!!!!! I am so very pleased that I found this establishment. I was not only able to locate a very unusual Volkswagen part (Bluetooth car stereo) but items for Audi as well. The Crew is Fantastic! My Go To Now, without a Doubt! Reasonably Priced. Please do not let the ratings sway you. Give them a Go! 👍🏼🙏
