I've had to use him twice recently. Both times, he was responsive by call or calling back after leaving a VM. He is prompt and will make sure it is done right. Tonight, my wife broke her rack and pin with knocking the tire off the rim. The previous owner apparently changed the lugnuts, so the jack handle provided with the car wouldn't work. He insured there would not be more damage to the rim. When he pulled it up to tow and dropped it at the shop, there was no added damage to the rim. Excellent service both times.
