The absolute best in the county. They are always my first choice when I need anything towed or even general help. They treat you like family and with the up most respect. Vassey is the best in the business.
This company has awful business practices and decorum as well as terrible quality parts. The manager Marty wasn’t as bad as one of the reps David who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Lesson learned from my issue, if you ever get any work done with a part covered under their warranty you better have proof you called, who you spoke to, and for how long as well as email traceability or they will decline they were ever contacted and won’t help you. If you have a service or OEM provider call on your behalf…don’t. Follow up personally or it will bite you in the butt like it did me. My technical/fine print issues aside they were hostile, and had a very condescending and aggressive tone. Little bit of research says this is common company practice for them, at least at the Forest City location. Bad parts, bad service. 👎👎👎
