I called everywhere looking for a transfer case. They had it and at a good price. I paid the deposit and they communicated with me as to when it would be pulled. Nikki and Wayne both contacted me to ensure the part was right. I am thankful for that because it was a 2 1/2 drive for me. It eventually turned out I didn't need it. I made contact with them and they refunded me the money and were simply awesome to deal with. They are the nicest people.My SUV could not be fixed. He checked everything possible. Kept in contact with me over it. I decided to voluntarily surrender it back to the finance company. Too much was wrong. He allowed me to come clean it out & He also towed it there for me. He had also towed it from the mechanic shop I originally had it at. All together my bill was less than $200

We have had a few occasions to work with William Tucker, Service Manager at Friendship Chevrolet Buick GMC in Forest City, NC. We have two vehicles , one of which we purchased ( with much satisfaction) , at this dealership. Recently, our other vehicle developed an intermittent problem causing a drain on the battery. We have had it serviced in Florida, but to no avail. Because we have the highest regard and confidence in William, for that reason we drove our vehicle from Florida to NC.It is our privilege to deal with William Tucker. He listens with concern and prioritizes the safety of the driver and passengers. It has been our experience that he provided prompt and immediate assistance and/or scheduled an appointment for a thorough diagnostic. I had 2 battery cables replaced on my f150 and was told it would take 30 to 45 minutes to complete. They started on it at 2:45pm and I had to wait till 5:50pm to get it back. Of course this meant more money in labor. That being said, the employees are friendly and the guy busted his but trying to get it done. It's not like they just stood around for 3 hours.

We had an excellent experience at Chop Shop Auto Parts. We were sent to them by another parts place, and actually drove about an hour and a half to go to this location. My son had called and he was assured that the part was in stock and had been tested. We had been on the hunt for this part for about three weeks. Once we arrived, they knew exactly where the vehicle was located and where the part was stored. The staff was very professional and we will return in the future for more parts. The funny thing is as we were leaving we ran into a friend who had made the same hour and a half trip as well for parts he couldn't find anywhere else. I will highly recommend this place to anyone in search of parts.

Apparently they aren't open to the public anymore. Unsure why. & when you contact them, they offer no information as to when they'll reopen either. Have been recycling cans & disposing of things on our property for years, to this place.... Up until last year. Very inconvenient for me. I don't go that often but when I need to clean the property off, I need it done. Just another frustrating thing to deal with in Rutherford Co. I often wonder if the local dopeheads had anything to do with why it's shut down to the public.... 🤦♀️
