When my trash day fell on a holiday I wouldn't get a call or service that week. I would have to text to see when someone was coming. Then he would just say Thursday was a holiday. I'd have to tell him I still needed service that week. This Thanksgiving I once again had to text to see when I would get service because no call no show. He then informs me that suddenly, after years of using the service, that there is a 5 bag limit and I would need to pay more to get service 2x/week. I just decided to go with someone else whom my mom uses without these issues. Josh never came by to finish Nov service. I paid for Nov and my last day of service was Nov 18. He promised someone would be here Thursday to finish Nov. No call, no show, won't respond to texts. We've been using him since he started and even made a sizeable contribution to his GoFundMe account to get his vehicle running so he could keep the business going. Highly unprofessional and ungrateful.

We were .7 miles from C T Auto and within 30 mins they had us back on the road. Got an oil change before we left and they didn’t put the filter back on all the way. Thankfully no lasting issue. But they wouldn’t even charge me for fixing it, on the fly when we were in a little bit of panic mode 5 hrs from home with car troubles. I at least bought their lunch! Every time I have been to Metal Wood Recycling, they have been quick, courteous, and efficient. They get you in and out with a minimum of hassle. Their loader operator who does the truck and trailer unloading, is an absolute genius in the use of his machine. Frankly, I have never seen anyone who is as efficient and accurate as this gentleman. I was a long time advance customer I was very loyal to advance spent a lot of money with them I was given promotion from a local shop owner to perches a part under their commercial account and the next day I received a very rude and unprofessional phone call from the cpp at the store I was disrespected cussed out and ultimately told that it was in my best interest to not come back on the property I reached out to their headquarters and was told that I was liar they have refused to honer any of my warranty's that were supposed to be life time so I shop O'Reilly's now and they know how to treat a customer and they have better prices as well
Used this service at my hospitality business for more than a year. One day one of their drivers was distracted talking into an earpiece and ended up driving off into my yard, where he sank a tire into an old septic tank. While waiting for a tow truck, the driver made advances toward the women in our RV park, including getting the name of one young lady so he could Facebook stalk her. Republic not only refused to pay for the damages to our yard, but they broke our contract by cancelling the service with no notice and pulled the dumpster from my business. Would never use their services again, and I definitely recommend avoiding them for commerical business dumpsters.
