Furthermore, my attempts to resolve this issue through corporate channels were unproductive. I was directed back to the local manager, effectively negating any assistance from corporate. I consider this lack of accountability and the refusal to address the damage directly to be highly unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed with the service and the handling of this matter. My Company bought a trailer from here several years back, and we recently took it back to them to be redecked, and have the bearings repacked. They do a great job, you'll have your trailer back in a hurry, and the price is definitely better than most businesses in the area. This company has been in business for over 50 years, and the reason for that from what I've seen shows through their work, and excellent customer service! 10 out of 10, I highly recommend!
