The only thing good about my experience today were the people. I have not a single complaint about them. But for the amount of money you are paying for used parts (cash by the way because they don’t take credit or debit card which is not listed on the website) and for there to be no warranty on your items has to be illegitimate. After asking the employee about the part he was selling me he told me that he ASSUMES that it workS. He had no way of checking it. So no warranty or reassurance. STAY AWAY!!!

Went there to look at a 6x10 enclosed trailer and was amazed at the quality of the trailer and the price. People were very helpful and with the savings we made on the trailer we purchased all the additional accessories I wanted for it and still saved money. Had everything there. And what was even nice is they were not pushy and did not try to sell us all the extras. Great place.

Very 1950s experience. They don’t take credit cards so you have to send a money order or certified check, wait til they cash it, arrange for your own shipping. In my case the part was defective which they won’t stand behind at all. Terrible service. AVOID AT ALL COST

Quite possibly run by the stupidest people in the world. The driveway has foot deep ruts making it only passable by a truck. I asked to have them bring a transmission up to the entrance for me. They refused and would rather throw away $346 than fix the driveway or bring a part 150' to the entrance of their own business. Also had absolutely zero covid-19 precautions.

Bought a spare wheel and tire for my Prius less than 24 hours ago, thinking that it will fit my old spares compartment. Call and tried to return it, I was told then they don't allow returns for wheels even though on their website it says 30 days warranty, but nothing about returns. This was the first and last time, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

I went to this location for a motor mount bracket i needed for a 3800 series 2 motor(grandprix, impala, monte carlos etc.). After waiting for nearly 30 minutes they tried to tell me that the brackets didnt match up. anyone who knows these motors knows that almost everything on those specific motors is the same. Thinking maybe they were looking at the wrong part, so I offered to point it out so they could make the sale, to which they refused to even show me or prove that it wasnt matching. I went to LKQ to pull the part myself and slapped it on my car yesterday. I dont know why they gave me a hard time like that. side not: im hispanic and theyre all caucasian

Horrible customer service.... bought a dump trailer less than a year ago and the interstate battery went bad. So I went to an interstate battery location and the battery was over 2 years old. So I called Rigsbee Auto Parts and told them that I was bring in the old battery and picking up a new one, they said no they have to make sure it would be warranty first, I told them that wasn’t my problem I bought it less than a year ago that when the lady hung up the phone on....

I bought a used door for a 1993 Ford Ranger. They had 3 in stock, so I had a good choice between them. The "mechanic" helped me to install the door, and everyone was very friendly and helpful, even though they were going well beyond their policy to help me out. Thanks!

Great people. I’ve been doing business with them for years. Highly recommend, if you value quality more than a flashy store front. Real people, who treat every customer well!

Bought an $8,000 trailer from this place but the first time i used it and put a load on it I noticed one of the tires was flat and a screw was in the tire. This was my first time using it so the only place the screw could of come from was the junk yard at Rigsbee's. I figured it would be as simple as as taking it back and surely they would recognize that the screw likely came from their yard and not from just driving down the road.I was met with extreme disappointment when Everette and Ervin both denied ANY possibility that the screw could have come from their junk yard. They both stated there was NO possibility at all the screw could have come from their yard. Everette even accused me of knowing where the screw came from and trying to scam them! I decided to look around their gravel and dirt yard which is full of junk cars, old parts, old tires, scrap metal etc. and sure enough I was able to find 4 screws immediately. I understand there is a possibility the screw could have gotten in the tire while on the road but given all the junk they have laying all over the place at Rigsbee's, there is a 99% chance it came from there. My problem is their reaction to the problem. Their immediate stance was that they had no responsibility and any problem is the customer's fault. We could have come to an agreement of maybe paying Half and half for a new tire but they would not even consider this.MY BIGGEST CONCERN NOW IS WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF FOR SOME REASON I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE TRAILER!! If they didn't even consider replacing a $150 tire, what will happen if an $8,000 trailer fails!?!?!?MY ADVICE IS DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING AT RIGSBEE'S!Their culture is "we don't care if you buy from us or not". "We don't care if you have a problem with our products!" "A single customer/client will not make a difference for us!" They are a family owned business that think since they have been around for some years now, they will last forever..... This is a very short-sighted business plan.I did not want to give another dime to this junk yard so I took my trailer with flat tire and had it fixed somewhere else. I have plans to buy another trailer next month so I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
