I fell so bad doing this review because I’m a dealership owner and I use COPART a lot but I really don’t understand why they had a receptionist like this at this location. I already been in so many location and this is the first time I been treated like trash literally I spend more than a million dollar buying cars from COPART in the last 3 years I think the manager really need to take a look on this

My experience with this company has been deeply unsatisfactory. I encountered significant issues with both the local branch and corporate customer service. Specifically, during the handling of my vehicle, the rear window was damaged. Despite initial assurances that the company would cover the repair costs, and after submitting the requested invoice, I was informed that the resolution would require a vehicle repurchase and subsequent approval for reimbursement. This process was presented in a manner that implied my responsibility for the damage, which I maintain was caused by the company's handling. Furthermore, my attempts to resolve this issue through corporate channels were unproductive. I was directed back to the local manager, effectively negating any assistance from corporate. I consider this lack of accountability and the refusal to address the damage directly to be highly unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed with the service and the handling of this matter.
