People here are not friendly in a bad mood won’t help .. no business criteria bad customer service … they asked me to step outside cause I was waiting for calls and it’s raining and cold don’t expect anything bout these people their mad with their job sadly . Even if you have insurance, plates for vehicles they have a policy that you can’t drive your vehicle out . Either tow it or deliver to your location doesn’t matter it runs .

Online site for payment wasn't user friendly for me. Accepted debit cards but will not accept bank cashiers checks, accept wirer transfer payments but no money orders. Said on description of pre-sale title for vehicle was there on site at bid won the title wasn't avaliable because vehicle was previously sold to another buyer who didn't pick vehicle up at last open auction not sure what happened there ? Has to pay for delivery of vehicle but found out later Copart Raleigh North didn't deliver to my zone which is less than 40 miles away from sale site needless to say I wasn't a happy buyer. Eventually they got the vehicle delivered to my home driveway. Now , waiting on title papers to go to DMV what a nightmare. Cellular phone service at location is bad .

The black girl working at the door was very bad at treating customers. She had a very harsh way of speaking, I do this job too, but it was not nice to communicate with people this way.
