Rumpke didn't pick up my trash on Friday so to ice storm. They sent me a email saying they would pick up the following Monday. It's Wednesday now, so I called. But, the best way is to make a visit, let them know your situation and they will go far and beyond to meet your needs. I needed a very particular rim for a Ford Focus.
