    We have used this company for 15 years, and couldn't have been more pleased with the service until a couple of months ago. Now when our trash is picked up our trash bin is left half way out in the road, and is on it's side, it is a large waste wheeler. I called to ask if they could make sure it was not in the road, and sitting upright, and spoke to a very hateful girl. I am in the process of looking for a different company

    There has a couple times my trash was not picked up at all during a holiday week. When I contacted Rumpke about it they simply said it would be picked up the next week. Not all of us a huge dumpsters or extra room for our trash to wait until Rumpke decides to do their job. Other than that they seem okay.

    Most of the time Rumpke is great . Our big garbage container that we rent broke after many years of use. The service that delivers them took too long to deliver a new one. We had to purchase 2 trash cans and they are not cheap.
