Tim took great care of me. Went out of his way to give me an extra hand even though I just had surgery on my ankle. Great shop!

Address:1355 S Berkey Southern Rd, Swanton, OH (Zipcode: 43558)Phone:Open hours:Open from 08:00 am to 17:00 pmStatus:ClosedAfter searching for a replacement wheel for my Acura I finally found a place that had a used one for a good price and wasn't in that bad of a condition. So I went with these guys and the man that helped me was super nice and helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for used car parts. The only bad thing is their way out in the middle of nowhere and was kinda hard to find.
Amazing customer service, communication, ordered a part and was delivered next day. Part was defective but SAMIR was able to send me another one next day, highly recommended!

I found these guys on Facebook and I’m so happy I did not only was the pricing really good! The communication was outstanding. And I didn’t even ask them to help me pull parts off. They just went straight at it! By far one of the best places to get parts from in the area!

Address:4093 N Detroit Ave, Toledo, OH (Zipcode: 43612)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedI would not trust them. I had a 11 o’clock appointment to come and pay and get a windshield from them. I made it here at 11 o’clock on the dot and then they tell me that they can’t do it. They want me to prepaid and then come back tomorrow to get it, I already got people set up to help me get the windshield out on my truck. I have everything set up. I would not trust them. This is the second time they had burned me here other time they sold me a bad part in the fuse to fix the issue, I gave him a second chance be very, very cautious with them

Address:5650 N Detroit Ave, Toledo, OH (Zipcode: 43612)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedI like the fact that I found the car I needed, but I didn’t like the fact that she double charged me on a window regulator. Watch out they don’t know what the parts are. The other part was door latch, which looks completely different and is like $8.81 versus $17.90 for the window regulator, I’m not happy that I paid extra. She should’ve thrown in the wheel covers for free since they were all scratched up and she overcharged me. They seemed a little agitated that I came from the yard @ 4:58. I told him that they should just go ahead and close 15 minutes early like they do it all the junkyards in Oklahoma City. I get a little agitated when parts counter people don’t know how to identify parts and they just act like overcharging a customer is an acceptable practice. That’s basically stealing from a customer. I feel like the prices on the parts are very high. Some of the parts were in very poor condition. Some of the parts you can buy brand new on Amazon for cheaper. The junkyards in Oklahoma City throw in extra free parts. Especially if you’re spending $190. If there’s a few clips or some little plastic parts or some little oddball parts they just give them to you for free, because they want you to come back. But I won’t be coming back here.
The service was excellent and fair prices and the yard guy who helped me was friendly and helpful I'll b goin back next time I need a part
Couldn't ask for nicer folks. Shawn at the front counter even though I wasn't there for a big part was friendly and knowledgeable the bearded feller that did the work was extremely friendly and knew what he was doing. If you need parts hard to find or otherwise here is your first last best place to go.

Address:130 S Westwood Ave, Toledo, OH (Zipcode: 43607)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedVery Bad Customer Service. Mr. Al Hizer was very disrespectful and unprofessional even as a repeat customer. Was called names and belittled for being younger. Gave them the part number, axle code, axle ratio, and production date of vehicle and Al Hizer still failed to get the correct part and when confronted about it I was told to "shut up" and proceeds to hang up after texting me to call him to fix the issue. This place is absurd and don't recommend doing any business with them. I have no problem paying for a new part that is correct but not when being disrespected. Seems to always be having a crabby day The Problem is not the wrong information I gave you as I take full blame but to be treated so poorly and clearly by other reviews quite often maybe a staff problem you should look into. I take accountability for my accident. Once again though you act like I make this up about how I was treated. Being told to shut up must be professional for you. Multiple reviews states you guys have a argumentive and nasty interactions. So to say you're employees are not doing that is so funny
$2 entry fee is lower than their Dayton,Ohio location. The customer service was excellent and the yard wasn't busy in the early afternoon. The cars were off the ground for ease of access to wheels, suspension, and brake parts. The vehicles still appeared to have a good selection of parts available. One small inconvenience is they have started having customers document what parts are taken from which vehicle in the yard by them.
Honestly, best prices in the state. I was looking for a knuckle for my M3, and they had it with one of the best price's I've found. I really appreciate the owner, he was really helpful and made sure I was all setup before I drove back to Columbus.

Address:1463 N Michigan St, Toledo, OH (Zipcode: 43604)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedNever said anything about a core exchange or charge. Sent drivers 3 hours to pick up a transmission and got surprised. I was told “I’ve been doing this for 30 years” 30 years doesn’t mean you’re good at what you do pal. Will never do business at this place again!
