After searching for a replacement wheel for my Acura I finally found a place that had a used one for a good price and wasn't in that bad of a condition. So I went with these guys and the man that helped me was super nice and helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for used car parts. The only bad thing is their way out in the middle of nowhere and was kinda hard to find.

Went to get the wheels changed on my Jeep. Mike was very helpful. The staff were very fast at changing two rims, switching a tire, and fixing a blinker. Prices were super reasonable. Mike took us out to the yard and showed us the parts. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be replaced and was very accommodating. Very honest business, they didn't try to oversell us parts.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. The man at the front desk was extremely rude. He even yelled at me multiple times, talking over me as I was trying to understand the pricing of my car. Instead of explaining the miscommunication, he proceeded to have the attitude of a 2 year old. He then kept connecting me to dead numbers. Eventually, I was connected to the owner and he explained everything to me and was nice about it. I don't know who hurt his feelings but the owner needs to fire him ASAP or tell him to leave his feelings at the door because his attitude is extremely unprofessional. Was going to sell my car but immediately changed my mind after two weeks of putting up with his verbal abuse. I will also be telling my family members not to come here anymore. Do NOT go here.

This place is amazing the people are so nice and friendly their inventory is up to date unlike other yards I have delt with they no what they have and can order you what they don't have I need parts for a couple vehicles cuz it's that time of the year when everything likes to break... Their prices are fair and I like how all the staff are willing to help in anyway they can I will definitely be going back and telling everyone I can that this is the place to go when you need parts or work done to your vehicle

Terrible service. Have literally drunks/methheads for professionals. The specialist literally took 15min to find the proper battery. Than brought me the wrong battery. Wait time was amazingly long. Customer service was lackluster. Cherry pick is 5 minutes away with better staffing and information. The people at a1 were lazy. And even now when I'm calling, they left me on hold for 5 minutes twice.

Friendly people fast deliveries. Have received a high percentage of Unusable parts that should Not have been inventoried.Favorite was the transmission that was burned to a crisp in a car fire. Electrical connections and controls Melted.Was shrink wrapped, and tagged with words (Tested, Good). Similar stuff happened many many times. Risky.Haha. Fun stuff.
