Needed a tailgate for my truck. Seen online that they had it, but since it's a 2 hour drive I decided to call and make sure. They told me that they had it on the phone, so I made the drive only to have them lead me on a wild goose chase looking for the truck in the yard. Turns out they crushed the truck... so l wasted my time, gas and mileage driving all the way out for no reason, even though I called ahead of time.

I Believe I was there on Friday or Saturday, with my husband. Nicky and Sarah, helped us find our interchange cars and checked us out. they were very professional along with very helpful and welcoming. Sarah stated that Nicky was new and I would have never known if I wasn’t told. They make an awesome team and work really well together. It was pretty busy that day and they still managed to get us out expeditiously. My car is back on the road and rolling YOU GO LADIES!!!!
$2 entry fee is lower than their Dayton,Ohio location. The customer service was excellent and the yard wasn't busy in the early afternoon. The cars were off the ground for ease of access to wheels, suspension, and brake parts. The vehicles still appeared to have a good selection of parts available. One small inconvenience is they have started having customers document what parts are taken from which vehicle in the yard by them.
Seriously great! Found what I wanted on car-part.com, called to verify it was there and was given the option to pay online or in person. The part would be pulled in a day or 2. I stopped in, paid and they were extremely kind. Got a call 2 days later it was ready, picked it up and was done. Super kind, efficient and exactly what I was hoping for!
