Steedam towed a vehicle I own took 2 hours of my husbands time before they would except the documentation he had as the owner of the vehicle then required form of payment only in cash. Who only takes cash and requires this much time from a person? Unacceptable service. Then when I called to express my concerns they hung up on me. Service: Car towing

In response to Orgel Myers review, Mr. Myers special ordered a wheel and after it came in he was notifed by phone that it had arrived, but instead of picking it up he left it here for weeks and when he finally came in I was unable to locate the wheel. He brought no invoice for me to refund his money nor for me to locate what part he ordered. So after much time searching to find his order, I purchased him a brand new wheel and had it shipped to his home. His review is not very accurate because instead of getting taken advantage of as his review suggest, in reality he received a new wheel which cost me more than he paid. So our customer service is great.
