Don’t plan on using them as a UPS drop off. We drove from another town because they said they were open. Only for them to only take three of our five UPS boxes because they “didn’t have room”. And he didn’t even care that they needed to go out.

I didn’t know the name of the part so I described it to Mitch and he went above and beyond to not only find what I was looking for but one that was within my budget. Next time your here ask for Mitch he will not disappoint!

Frailey was very kind and helpful. He has tremendous patience and was understanding of my situation. He informed me of available options to help me get my vehicle back and his honesty spoke volumes of how he conducts business. Probably the worst place you can go to. My dad was having them fix his car. A Cadillac. And all it was was the back window wouldn't come up. Well during the process of fixing it they broke the window. This was last week. So my dad went to get it today. And come to find out they never ordered the other window. Poor business if you ask me.
I'm very happy with the car I got from Rick (a cute little Chevy Spark). The offer on my trade-in was excellent. Everything went smoothly and pleasantly, with no dickering. Rick was helpful and honest, and if I ever need another used car I am going to head from my home in Tulsa straight to Pryor. The day before I met Rick, I test-drove a very similar used car in Tulsa at a huge dealership, and the salesmen there seemed to be very eager to fix me up with long-term financing. At Rick's, I traded in my used car plus a reasonable amount of cash, and by golly, I got a better deal by far than those slick Tulsa dudes were offering me at their hotshot dealership. Rick is the real deal. And his little dog Roxy is, too.
Have been paid to pick up garbage for months but there was no garbage to pick up. Now that there is...one bag a week...they say garbage is too far from the road when I see they are not picking up. AND it's not. FIRST I am hearing about since I have called them about the situation more than once and was JUST in their office updating the account. Canceled service.
