We had a lot of lead to recycle so I called around town to see the prices they were paying. These guys quoted me at the highest rate. We rush in at 430 on a Friday and they allowed us to drop a LOT of lead off that close to the end of the day. A few mistakes were made and we got a phone call a few days later saying they made a mistake on what they quoted us. It was about 8 times more than its worth. We had already committed to a few people a commission for doing it which changed that drastically. Incredibly , they kept their original quote. They showed an incredible amount of integrity that we don't see much anymore. It was very refreshing

Been ten years since I bought from there. Not surprised they are closed. Bunch of rip off tweaker scum bags! Unless they have new owners, don't deal with them. Sold me a bent axle and refused to take it back. Said they had no money in the till. Yeah, because all the toothless tweakers there had put it up their nose as fast as they got it!

Found that part and many more. The staff, one at the desk and one working the yard, were friendly, helpful and big-hearted. The employee at the desk was running the check out stand, providing information to several different customers at the same time, and dealing with the phone (one) that never stopped ringing. They gave me a remarkable deal on the parts I bought. The 58 mile drive on OR38 was spectacular. These people are not Amazon with all its customer support resources. If you didn't like the wait on the phone and/or you thought "Riverside Auto Parts, you are going to have to hold" was rude, you just don't know who you called. If you posted on here that you won't deal with them for that then you imposed instant Karma on yourself. They are a great business!
