Bought from their eBay store because they were localish grants pass to Portland… placed the order on the 10th ( it said it would be delivered 15-18th) they didn’t even drop the part off in the mail until the 14-15th… fast forward to the 19th the part is now in Colorado and I’m still waiting. Prob a great place to order parts if you don’t care when they show up. My experience has been very unprofessional ( can’t even cancel late order because atleast their eBay store doesn’t accept returns ). To give perspective Portland and grants pass are a 4.5 hour drive. And I have been waiting 9 days for a part they “ had in stock”. Fingers crossed in get the part in the next 5 days . Don’t get me wrong I get shopping difficulties come up …. But they took 4-5 days to even drop the part off in the mail.

If you need a car part, and don't feel like driving all the way to Grant's Pass or waiting for mail, you have to deal with their astronomical prices. I've been quoted anywhere from 2 to 5 times what parts cost elsewhere, especially online. A 100$ set of gaskets from NAPA in town might only cost 25$ on RockAuto or 35$ in GP. A set of spark plugs for 95$ that can be bought for 10$ online.The people working there are friendly and helpful at least as long as you are not rude, and they are knowledgeable as well as able to help you figure out what you need if you don't quite know.Overall, good place, but ludicrously expensive sometimes.
Few years ago i had a mechanic who screwed me over with my computer and he did more damage than good. Took my car to bulldog and he QUICKLY fixed my car and was very reasonable! Ive taken my car back several times, with my CPS sensor and my alternator both times they fixed it quickly and never charged me more than they needed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

Should have been the end. Nope. They gave it to the "guy next door" so he could take it apart. Somehow it got parked illegally and was a road hazard, so the police had it towed. A while later I get a letter from the towing company stating my car had impounded and that I owed several hundred dollars to get it back. We were assured that Cascade would take care of it. Fast forward to January 2022, and we get a letter from the towing company's lawyer with threats of being sent to collections. Tomorrow we'll see what kind of back pedling this shoddy company can come up with. I'm pretty sure I'll have to find a lawyer to take care of this issue. For a car that is no longer worth the impound fees that have accrued. Save yourself the hassle and find someone to sell your car too.
