I called Journey's early on a Saturday morning needing a tow in a very remote area. They answered the phone quickly and had a big wrecker to my location within the hour. The driver pulled me out and had me on my way quickly. After the incident, Journey's helped me invoice the insurance company. Great service provider!! Service: Car towing

By far the most friendly and courteous staff in Klamath Falls. Their hydraulics department has everything you could ever need for old and new hoses and fittings. The staff is exceptionally good at what they do, I have never encountered anybody in a bad mood, everybody is always kind and courteous. The way they make people feel makes you wanna shop there forever. They have vast resources of which to order from which makes it possible to restore very old vehicles or equipment because they can find parts that are hard to get. They get five stars because they are worthy of such and are also worthy of your business. They will treat you with dignity and respect as they have me.

Ace towing is the best at heavy vehicle recovery that I've seen. I had overturned my truck on US 97 in a snowstorm. They righted the truck with no additional damage to the truck, and the crew there was very professional and helpful with any questions I had.They had the right sized equipment to do the job that needed to be done. The office staff was also helpful in working out the details with insurance. I highly recommend them if you need towing in the Klamath Falls, OR area.

Nice store, friendly people, SUPER HIGH PRICES now, higher than NAPA for sure or anyplace else. Fluids and battery prices are way, way outta sight compared to everyone else, anywhere. Prices for WIX filters are double that of Amazon or ordering even through Home Depot.

Visited Novak’s Auto Parts today for the first time. Very clean store and a they have a broad range of automotive parts in stock. If your looking for that small town store feel where they know your name and your car. Then you came to the right place. How I missed this great store amazes me, must have drove past a million times and never stopped. Really enjoyed the quarter candy vending machine brought back great memories from my childhood.

Absolutely WILL never purchase from this company again. Purchased a Vacuum Fuel pump to replace an incorrect Non vacuum fuel pump that was put on car. Paid 95.00 Core charge on new fuel pump. Returned non vacuum fuel pump that was on the car as this was the only fuel pump to return. Waited a month for my core charge to be credited back. Finally had to call not once but twice to find out where my core credit was. Was then told that because I didn't return the EXACT same fuel pump that was purchased they were not going to refund my core credit. Never received my CORE fuel pump back either. So not only did they get my 95.00 core but a free fuel pump as well. I will not recommend this company. Sad as I like to support Fellow Small Businesses and especially those in my own state.

GREAT company ran by a GREAT person! Anthony and his crew went above and beyond my expectations. After searching for lawn maintenance in southern oregon for a rental property, a friend of mine referred me to Anthony’s Lawn Care and Snow Removal. All other companies I spoke with gave me the run around on pricing and time to complete the project was insane. Not only did Anthony and his team finish ahead of time, the pricing was on point! They do good work @ honest pricing. I Did have an expensive issue as a result of work the shop had performed about a month after service but they took care of me and cut me a check within a couple days. I'll bring my vehicles back for servicing here.
