I ordered parts it took about 3 months to get them in they were the wrong ones and I was told when they got the right ones they would call they did not call so I went by there yesterday and and talk to them and he said he had forgotten would not recommend to anyone.

I am always surprised by how reasonable the prices are and even cheaper yet when you pull the items yourself! People are treated respectfully and with a no nonsense and business like manner. They usually do what they say they will, but they NEVER communicate with customers when they fail to pick up trash/yard debris etc. due to weather. You have to call them to find out why they failed to act responsibly. I called them today. I doubt they're going to change their 20th century ways of communication (or lack thereof). I just want to say , I have many interactions with several tow/ recycling/ wrecking yards and one of my favorite is were everyone seems nice and extremely helpful. They have no problems helping me or find what I am looking for.There are 3 employees that come to my mind that always greet me and help me with all my auto needs, even when they don't have it they have gone out of there way to find the next yard that does.The mangar Aaron always is assertive well knowledged and eager to help even with his ever busy schedule even when he is short staffed he is always gone out of his way to points in the direction that I need to go or even show me himself. He is always friendly and willing to help even while he is short-staffed. I appreciate him and M&M.The front desk Norman' is great and always quick with it and the yard people. 😀 they make ever experience pleasant and knowledgeable. I would recommend M&M to alm my friends and family.
