I spoke to a representative of their company, and asked them if it was OK to take off the tires once we got it there, and was told that was fine and given a quote. They are now saying it's policy NOT to allow this to happen. I tried to explain that this was going to really hurt us, and and that I would have done it differently had I been told differently by their representative, and tried to look for another solution besides towing it off property again, but she couldn't do it. They also won't give you more than $350 for your car in most cases.
The yard is closed until April 2022. Don't waste your time. Nothing on the website about that.
