    I drove 7 hours one way to get parts for my Honda Del Sol not only was everything there that I needed but the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Coming from California I was very surprised how clean the yard is. I highly recommend this location. Be nice to the staff they are great people.

    Misinformation is given, so be very certain you get clarity. My husband was in an accident, so we towed the car to the nearest junkyard- which was this place here. I spoke to a representative of their company, and asked them if it was OK to take off the tires once we got it there, and was told that was fine and given a quote. They are now saying it's policy NOT to allow this to happen. I tried to explain that this was going to really hurt us, and and that I would have done it differently had I been told differently by their representative, and tried to look for another solution besides towing it off property again, but she couldn't do it. They also won't give you more than $350 for your car in most cases.

    Lots of inventory that changes pretty quickly. $2 cover charge to get in. Prices are more expensive than a few years ago before they were bought out by a chain but still decent. Wait for the half price weekends to really score.

    The people are very rude and do not respond to speaking in a good manner. I tried to speak to them, but I could not because I cannot reach this bad level. I asked to speak to the manager. Unfortunately, he was worse than the workers, as if they came from the same place. I had to go to another location, and it was Vancouver. They were very respectful people.

    Lady on the phone was very rude and told me she wouldn't answer questions because "they were under staffed and she didn't have time" even though she's paid by the hour. Definitely could have went without all the additude when I only had a question I'd rather drive the hour to dallas than 20 minutes and go here.

    I needed a starter for my car, they gave me a list of the cars that would match mine. They made it real easy for me to go right to the car I needed. With as many cars as they have I would have been there most of the day. They even have me a warranty on my starter thank you

    Had me on hold for 10 min. When she answered the phone she claimed she couldn’t hear me even tho I kept saying hello and pressing buttons so she wouldn’t hang up. If you can’t hear someone talk, that’s one thing. You can’t claim you didn’t hear me press buttons. Horrible customer service. I’ll take my business elsewhere and warn all others.

    Terrible. Very rude front desk workers. Paid their admission fee and was promptly kicked out for being in a “restricted area” No obvious sign and gates were wide open. Rude overweight woman mentioned how we should’ve known that the cars weren’t available for parts because they still had tires and didn’t have writing on them (a majority in this lot DID have writing). Maybe don’t have a wide open lot with 100+ cars right by the entrance if you don’t want people to pick parts off of them. For now, I will take my money elsewhere. I will consider returning if the overweight woman is fired.

    There were more of my car here than was stated on their inventory, so I was happy about that. I found the parts that I needed at 80% less than if I were to order new.

    the order of the cars according to the intentions, nr wasted in search of the car, but there was nothing and all the electrician was in the water. $ 2 fee per person regardless of whether you found something or not. I spent 45 minutes one way, they told me the car was just brought, but it was completely disassembled. I'm very disappointed

    A few months ago, I bought something from this place that didn’t fit my truck and when I returned it, I got store credit. When I went in, they refused to accept their own store credit and said that they just don’t accept that anymore. The employees and the manager have been nothing but rude as I’ve tried to resolve this and have no interest in doing anything. If you can, go something else.

    $2.00 entry into the yard. Pull wagons available to haul stuff. Restrooms at the main building outside. Good selection and great prices!

    I'm not sure what happened to this place? Thier used to be adults that run this store? What happened? Now they have thease young high-school kids runing it and they have no idea what they are doing. They have no clue as to what thier ringing you up or what they are charging you for. I go to all of the pick in pulls in the Pacific northwest. This is by far the worst pick in pull I've visited. They have some ones high school kids working thier that have no idea how to operate the business and have very loud and rude mouths no clue what hospitality is or coustermer service for that Matter. They need to take a lesson from the Vancouver pick in pull or the foster rd pick in pull. They know what coustermer service is and they are adults about it and they can ring you up for the correct amount. I highly recommend them but this sherwood pick and pull needs to be shut down until they can get qualified personnel in thier to operate this vasility correctly. They rung up my order completely wrong I saved my receipt and they over charge and at times they have no idea what they are charging you to top it all off they look like thier still in school and if this is what our school system puts out we are all in big trouble. Thease employees are completely incapable and Rude and need to be retrained or just plain trained on how to perform thier job functions correctly. .Much love D.

    Every time I come to this location I get the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Everyone acts like they can’t be bothered to help a customer for more than a solid 60 seconds. They rather stand around and talk to each other and let people line up all the way out the door before helping someone. Guaranteed if you can find it on eBay, it’ll be cheaper than what this place charges you. Absolutely ridiculous pricing.

    My online search led me to this place with a claim that the running boards I was looking for were available. Drove a ways to get there, got charged an entry fee, and when I got to the car, the part was in a bits and pieces. No Refund on entry fee, no apology, and wasted a bunch of gas money. When the time came, they wasted no time to point to a sign on the wall on ...there's got to be a better way.

    This is a great location for a good selection of vehicles to get parts from. Nice friendly ladies inside working the counter. As an avid vehicle enthusiast this is probably my go-to place for parts first. Definitely out of my way. But worth to me the drive of an hour. Prices seem to be more towards the higher side of things. But it is what it is. I can spend hours in the yard and not realize it

    The staff were extremely friendly in and outside. Walking out and back in from the yard is a fenced off walk away. Coming in I accidentally started to meander towards the employee only section where I assume inventory is taken in. Before I realized I was even approaching a employee from all the way ACROSS THE YARD yelled "Sir, that area is off limits you can't go in there"! I Immediately thanked them as I wasn't fully paying attention could of been in a situation no one wants to be in. As someone who has been on multiple safety committee's and even a safety trainer for a large corporation, I just wanted to say great job for watching out for your customers and putting safety first. Everyone at this location deserves a pat on the back! -Thank you

    Poor customer service. We went to look at a door for a car they had photos for. When we showed up, it was like we were invisible. The process to go the yard was unclear and the staff was rude. After we paid the entrance fee to go to the yard, we found the car, but it was not the one on the photo. Complete waste of time as the door we needed was all bashed in.

    Nice and eager to get business started but poor follow up, each employee tell me a different answer. They said they will probably be able to get it done early and then gave us a guarantee dead-line on a certain day. They weren't able to do it early which is fine but on the dead-line date, I called them and it seems like they just heard about this and scramble to get it. They also said they gonna call me to give updates but not a single one.

    There was really no reason to be rude when we walked into your establishment, you could have easily said that you were closed and leave it at that but you decided to berate us instead for not checking a specific location on your direct website to make sure you were even open first although your Google directory page said that you were open with full hours listed where people are much more likely to check first. A simple update on there would save people the trip rather than telling them to look up an exact location on your direct website and check the hours on there before coming down next time and laughing in their face. Definitely need to work on treating people better. I would not recommend this place at all especially if you're already in a stressed mindset.

    I needed a lot of items for my car. They had everything on my list. Very helpful people there. Chelsea Sahlfeld assisted me and she was great! She even found my key fob for under $5, which was $150 (programmed) at the Mazda dealership. Thank you for taking care of me. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for any auto parts at an affordable price.

    The girl who helped me was truly amazing from the first phone call to meeting her in person and during check out. They had the part I looked everywhere for. Drove a hour and forty minutes to go there. Well worth the drive. Thanks again for all your help. I wish I would have gotten her name.

    I like pick-n-pull but sometimes staff are not very resourceful nor helpful. I checked online today for a specific vehicle and it showed it was in Sherwood. I called in (12:12pm) to the Sherwood branch to make sure the vehicle was still here, a female attendant told me it was still there to which I replied okay, I’m just making sure because I don’t want to drive there just be told it isn’t there; she said no it is still out here. I drove from Vancouver to Sherwood; got inside (12:57pm) signed in and they tell me the specific car is no longer out there in the yard: “it was pulled out this morning” they say. I tolde them I called in less than an hr ago. They answered with no sympathy; “yeah the car is not there no more” I waisted 2 hrs for nothing + gas on a V8 truck. Very disappointing

    ONLY GOOD REVIEWS WERE FROM YEARS AGO. THEY DELETED ALL BAD QUICK.. JUST LOOK AT THE DATES..Don't answer phone while on open hrs will definitely kill your clients. Call many different times and at different times and was hung up on.. horrible customer service..

    One bad ass wrecking yard, don`t like the entry fee but understand, sometimes people will go in and break a few windshields and then walk away without even buying anything and besides they almost give away parts. Staff are very helpful and nice. The yard is nicely organized and lanes are marked making it easy to find the parts you need.

    I usually enjoy going here. Nice staff and good selection of cars. My experience today was less than satisfactory. The app and their own inventory slip said they had two cars recently put in the yard. They were both not there. Wasted trip. Maybe they have a glitch due to flooding?
